  • This is a one-time full assessment that can take 2-3 hours

  • This assessment includes a full pantry check to help home cooks identify the items that may not be useful to their nutritional goals. It will also include a list of helpful pantry staples, sourcing for those items, and recipes to ensure reduced intake of ultra processed foods. Additionally, a sample day-long menu will be provided to inspire ongoing healthy and delicious vegan nutrition.

  • This package is a full pantry assessment, 1-month of meal planning, 1 super market support trip, and recipes to ensure success. Also included is a private or semi-private demonstration that can include friends and loved ones…it’s really a party!
